Just a blip? Qne game short of half a season. Dramatic turnaround needed to keep us up.

Here are the teams we have played over those games, the result and position that they currently occupy in the football pyramid:

So of those games, only 6 teams don't currently occupy the top 10 in the PL. I have put in bold games this season where i would say that we could've expected more points than we got. I would say we are 4 points worse than where we should be.

That would make the table as follows:

16 - Brighton 6pts
17 - Blades 5pts
18 - Fulham 3pts
19 - WBA 3pts
20 - Burnley 1pt

but its obvious we miss the fans more than most home and away

I think even the most optimistic of Blades can see we are in the Sh*t atm, imo our next goal is to be top out of the bottom 3 pre-JTW to make sure we are in touching distance.

JTW - we can look at getting in a CREATIVE Right-Centre Mid and a decent LCB (Jake Cooper) for one last throw of the dice

Even though we have a ton of strikers already, i think bringing in someone like Slimani, a proven EPL target man. We need someone who will battle, get us goals from set pieces and feed on scraps.

Fair play, maybe not proven epl, had a brilliant season at monaco in latter half of 19/20 season, played 18 involved in 17 goals, of which he scored 8... worth a punt in my opinion. As pointed out, Deeney probably another good shout in the 'proven' category
