I'll grant you it was a classic, memorable for all the right reasons. But that 1975-77 kit produced by Admiral was design genius.

Maybe if the club gave the option of buying a non-sponsored and a sponsored shirt, there might be a few extra £sd in the biscuit tin.

And a few less £'s in the way of sponsorship money.

Can't remember the tosser in question! All I've heard is that it's red & white stripes, adidas stripes are on the shoulders, not the sides and that they believe it'll be a hit and an all time fav!

Over time I've come to really appreciate this kit from 14 years ago. Simple and smart.
Also, the badge is better. I don't like the updated version of the Blades' crest at all. The rose is too close to the blades and it looks cramped and tacky on the newer one.

It was posted on last years kit thread but I think its a shirt that pretty much is bang on for us.

Decent sized stripes and good use of black on the trim.
