is there a better way , all 24 championnship clubs have to stay within strict financial perameters,,, no ones going to get much of an advantage

slag us off all you want but we must comply with the fiscal noose all clubs are dangling by
west ham muct stay within one fifth of their wage budget for last season, was 86 m even with parachute payments its a hard task
