So after another frustrating stalemate we are off to play the Monkey Hangers on Tuesday night.
Stellings Stars have had a poor start to the season but although they are second bottom their home form suggestst they are not going to lie down for peanuts. They'll have 'nana that.
Of their four home games they have won 1, drawn 2 and lost 1 - only conceding 4 goals in that sequence - it's their away form that is keeping them where they are.

We always seem to struggle to get a grip at Victoria Park and I expect this to be the same situation tomorrow night. Would be great to get a 1-0 win on the road again but I suspect the game will follow a similar pattern to the others in so far in as we will enjoy a good slice of possession - but not where we can hurt them enough. This will result in us conceding on the break and then getting an equaliser after upping the pace a little - but not having the quality to push on and turn the draw into a victory

1-1 it is then - usual frustration and Blackman with the Blades goal.

Hartlepool 0-3 United. Their defence is awful - see the goals conceded on Saturday - and we are due a win.

Having just read their managers comments on their defenders Ill have to agree we're going to thump them tonight, Ill go for 1-3

Mine's an away win, team played well on saturday, and see it continuing tonight, also looking ahead to saturday and another away win saw orient v brentford on t.v, and both were shit, WE just need to play to our standards and let the other's worry about us. So I go for 1-3 tonight and 0-2 saturday. So CYRWWizardssssssssss.

Hartlepool 0 Blades 1 (McDonald), 767 travelling fans talking of which I wonder if that Hartlepool bloke in a skirt will be supporting Blades again?

In all honesty, i don't think either side will turn up. Well, maybe physically they will, but mentally they'll be elsewhere, dreaming of being sat at home with their WAGS in front of their blazing open fires at home on a nice sheepskin rug, and who could blame them? Nobody wants to play footie at Hartlepool on a Tuesday night, not even Hartlepool players. It'll be cold, dreary and windswept from the icy northeasterly winds. With any luck the rain will hold off, and that's about as good as it'll get. Yet another draw for me, but this time i fear for the brave blades going up there, and it'll be a boring one. Possibly even a 0-0. But as i wouldn't turn out for the blades up there for a few hundred quid, i won't hold it against them. A point up at Hartlepool will be a good result.

Actual Prediction: Hartlepool United 1 Blades 1 (Kitson)

Well aint you a happy soul!!!!!

Its the Blades we're talking about here chaps. Played well on Saturday, should have buried Notts County and we are now away to the bottom club and relishing the prospect of administering a proper battering. So whats the prediction? Heckler & Koch rounds through both feet! Its the United way. ;)

Hartlepool fan I work with says it will be a result for them if they get over the half way line, they're rubbish and going down.

2-0 Hartlepool.

This time it won't result in either a divorce, or me nearly getting a hiding off the local knobheads.

Or one of our contingent removing a seat from the stadium and leaving it on the biscuit aisle in Morrisons...

I'm not at liberty to say on a public forum, my work mate says they are still looking for the aforementioned seat....

Was that before or after smartening some of the local's up?
