Why you prodding someone and running away?
That's far more 'creepy' and strange.

I just wanted you to tell me why you think Wilder is not one of the better managers in the country?
And why you think McBurnie and Berge are a complete waste of money and not good enough?
Leicester fan 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Undercover 🐷🐷🐷🐷🐷🐷🐷🐷🐷🐷🐷🐷🐷🐷🐷🐷🐷🐷🐷

Fuck that, give them the hairdryer in public, why not!? Its all good and well giving them what for in the dressing room but if the fans don't know they've had a bollocking then what's the point? I love Wilder for saying it how it is instead of all this "heart and intensity" bollocks and excuses that other managers usually come out with. Also think he's hinted at some twats in the dressing room in that interview, can see Lundstram and Mousset being moved on in the summer. If they think they're bigger than the club then fuck em
The fans, unequivocally do not NEED to know if the players have had a bollocking.

The dressing room should be an inner sanctum. A place of impenetrable walls and where outside interference can not be allowed to enter. This will create the “them and us” mentality so vital to how the gaffer, our gaffer, goes about his business.

Invest in scouting - It's why we are where we are.
Pay at least 'average' wages - If you cant even keep Lundstram when your wage budget is this low still, thats worrying.

And our Net Spend has nothing to do with Maguire before this season.
Blades have spent 2.5x the amount this season than we did after promotion, and the net spend is higher than we have spent any season.iir

The wage disparity is a fair one.....
But that comes from being at this level longer.
The transfer market now is very different to the one you faced. Add to that we didn't have a period before where we spent much. We had to invest this season to have a chance and the areas we needed were the most expensive. I am happy with the amount we have spent I wouldn't call it big though.

Where was this reaction after the Fulham game? Arguably yesterdays game was just as bad and Leicester are a top 6 side unlike Fulham battling relegation. Doesn't make sense to me?

I think he’s trying to help the players hang onto any shred of confidence they might have.

The Leicester rant came shortly after we’d beaten Chelsea and I imagine Wilder felt the players may have been getting ahead of themselves so wanted to bring them back down to Earth. I remember a similar outburst after a crap performance against Hull a few years ago, (a Friday night I think) that too came after we’d been playing well.

In my opinion there’s a difference in circumstances and it’s one thing having a go to make sure the players don’t get complacent but it would be another thing entirely for him to bollock them publicly now.

Yes it was shit and I’m sure wilder has let them know that but confidence must be so fragile at the moment that the players need building up not berating.
