Our player gets the ball on the touch line, the player passing to him overlaps, someone from midfield makes themselves available as does a striker. Movement and options in all directions.
Their player receives the ball on the touch line, no one moves and he gets closed down.
Football, as Wilder and Knill understand, is very simple, if you pass and you move and make yourself available then you might be a ‘Scottish 2nd division side’but you will be better than a prima donna side that stands still

The difference was no end product. Essentially that was a training game and we failed to score or create much.
