The big thing for me!!

Watching today and this season in general, the thing that most stands out, is how much of a unit we are. The last few season we would score and trudge back to our half. Now every player runs to celebrate together.

You can see wilder has the team spirit as high as its been for years. It is now a place where you can tell a player would want to come and play and if on loan would want to stay here.

As i said earlier in the season with wilder i can really see us going places.

We have a number of characters who are faultless - Moore, Wright, Basham, O'Connell, Fleck, Duffy, Sharp.... not the mention others including some who were previously considered lost causes. It makes a massive difference. Well done to Wilder for realising the importance of it and actually acting on it rather than just talking about it.
