Missed it by 2 months ,mine was Forest away 2-1 defeat ,my daughter was born minutes after Andy Gray scored for us at home to Derby in 2004 and my eldest was the day before a pig derby which we lost in 1994 ,that was a long weekend.
 
I was born an hour after England beat Italy 2-0 at Wembley in a World Cup Qualifier. 3 days later the Blades lost 3-0 at Charlton 19/11/1977
 
My little un was born on the Sunday then 3 days later we lost 1-0 at White Hart Lane in the League Cup Semi
 
Born 10/09/53, 12/09/53 beat the dark side 2-0. Knew I was a good omen, with most of the family at that time supporting the dark Side
 



November 1951 god knows who we played, I know they wouldn't let me in cos they said I was too young. Mardy Arses. :)
 
1-1 draw with bolton at the lane 22nd november 1996 attendance just over 17,000
 
The year and day in which i was born was a couple of weeks before the first game of the 1983 season where we won 4-0 against Gillingham at home, it was also the season we went up to the old second division due to us scoring more goals than the mighty Hull City.
 
1-1 draw away at Leeds Road Huddersfield 26th October 1957, crowd 17,149.
 
Got stuffed 5-1 away at Sunderland on 16th September 1959, the day after I entered the world. Crowd was 21459 (midweek game)
 
Saturday 24th Feb 1979

Lost 2-0 at home to Milwall - in fact I was nearly six weeks old before we won a game and we were relegated to old div three at the end of the season.

I wasn't a good omen!

Cardiff scored in the last minute and then there was a big pitch invasion so the ref took both teams off the pitch. Game never re-started and I cannot remember the punishment we got from the FL. Highlights of the match was on YTV in the next day
 
27th November 1987. Beat Reading at the Lane on the 21st 4-1, drew with Huddersfield 2-2 at the Lane again, on the 5th December.
 
Just looked it up...United 4 Plymouth 0,and a Sheffield Double with the Darkside getting hammered 4-1 at Maine Road.
