Due to rail diversions it was a seven hour round trip for us. Left home at 7 back at 10:30 (for the first motd for ages).
But every minute, every rain drop, every penny worth it.
That was the best atmosphere for a long time; Derby with Frank on Boxing Day the last comparable for me.
The lane is special under the rain, lights and attacking the kop.
The fans really did make the difference even wolves admitted such. The officials and the players were impacted.
Good times. Felt like a 15 year old kid.
