The edge.
Start with Howard again?I would.
Bring Doyle back in?Unsure about this one, forest have some big physical lads in the team.
Deffo have scougall in there behind the lone striker,or will miller perhaps get the nod?
Whats yer thoughts?

Never thought I'd say this, but I would definitely play Doyle today. When you play a side with a lot more quality, you need to get stuck in amongst em, and I'm jus not sure McGinn and coady are strong enough for that. For the same reason, I would also play porter up top like vs villa and Fulham. Scougall would be a useful half time/60 minute sub.

Therefore, with that in mind:

Howard
JB
Maguire
Collins
Hill
Flynn
Coady
Doyle
Murphy
Baxter
Porter

That's what I would go with. I suspect he might play something similar too.

I think Scougalls done very well in his `baptism`of fire, and apart from crewe away, weve looked far more dangerous on the break.
I disagree about Mcginn,i think he`ll be missed today if we dont play him, against fulham he was immense.

The way we set out for Fulham away from me was text book and although it might be considered negative by some to play in this manner at home, I would say that against a free flowing, attacking side like forest that this approach would show fruition today.

If doyle starts then I feel for McGinn who I think was somewhat of an unsung hero against Fulham for doing all the dirty work, he sat in between those two solid banks and mopped everything up and broke everything down. For a lad who self admittedly isn't as fit as he would like to be following a couple of niggles, for me his work rate was immense and one of the reasons we kept them out and went on to win.

But forest do have a good few bigger, more physical players and it makes me think that Doyle would be more effective in there against them but I want to see his work rate similar to that of McGinn against Fulham.

From what I understand McGinn and Flynn are both slight doubts for today (spoke to someone at the club yesterday). I would have thought if they aren't 100% fit they will be saved for Wednesday night .However,I do agree that McGinn shouldn't be dropped based on his last two games. If all are fit,I would expect one of Coady,Murphy or Scougall to step aside for Doyle who I think should (and will) play today

Howard
Brayford Maguire Collins Harris
McGinn
Flynn - Coady - - - - Scougall - Murphy
Baxter

Not very confident about any of our options up front.
