Good, not stellar. I agree on that, too.True. Tanganga and Bindon don't seem to mesh well together. Which is a shame because they're both good defenders.

Millwall are much better this season because they have a very good manager at championship level.Have we though? Millwall are much better without him, and we're much worse with him.
Burrows has been awful this seasonStill think the problem is not him and Bindon, when Jairo is on the pitch he almost makes a three at the back supporting them. Femi and Burrows can't defend and leave the 2 central defenders getting dragged out of position but Jairo being there covering gaps means the full backs can get forward 3-1. Jairo off then the 2 of them are hugley exposed as Femi and Burrows can't defend and Rothwell can't do the same support for them suddenly its 3-3.
We are short of leaders! Tanganga is not a leader so shouldn't be captain ! Stands out like a sore thumb.Who else could be captain?
There are no leaders in the squad.
I can’t think of one other player that is a stand out candidate for captain. So, at least select one that will most likely play every minute of every game.
Agreed but who else is Captain material? We are short of leaders! Tanganga is not a leader so shouldn't be captain ! Stands out like a sore thumb.
BTW where is McGuiness?I’d rather watch McGuiness and I’m not even joking.
So good they let him leave?Very highly rated at Spuds unall.
No its not becasue he is rubbish. No matter how you try and wrap it up!I'm not sure I'm getting onboard the scapegoat bandwagon. Trying to be as objective as I can:
Comes into:
- Left a well established squad, with a clear style of play.
- Left a side with a clear spine to it, well organised.
- Left a long-standing centre back partner.
What does he do? Over compensates at times, and switches off at others. Is it surprising?!
- Side devoid of any tactical plan, under Selles and subsequently, devoid of any confidence.
- Plays for a side that lack like-for-like replacements and so tire after 60 minutes.
- A side that doesn't know it's best back four and can include 3 relative youngsters in a back four.
- A side who's keeper is shot of confidence and form.
- A side with no clear spine to it, compared to last season and with that, often minimal protection for the back four.
Really? We can't contextualise it, at all?No its not becasue he is rubbish. No matter how you try and wrap it up!
Replaced him with Micky van de Ven & Radu Drăgușin as a ‘top6’ clubSo good they let him leave?
Finding 2 centre backs that could play the rolls Bash and Jack did is difficult im sure Wilder would snap your hand off for two centre backs like them. There was other players who fitted in really well too.We have had some great midfielders in the Wilder era but never a great midfield our greatest teams have been based around a solid defence which some of the best football we have played under Wilder was the overlapping centre backs which broke into midfield im surprised that we’ve not gone back to that
Surely the resurgence began when they signed the bald goblin from S6?!I still think its no coincidence that he left Millwall as a play off chasing team
And now they are 2nd.
Millwall had our pants down, they have been building well over the last few years and with so many clubs in the London area Millwall have recruited well from the tit bits the premiership clubs discard.A Millwall fan did say they had a better player to step in ! Seems he was right.Surely the resurgence began when they signed the bald goblin from S6?!
