Do Swansea have any good wide men as they will target our full backs with that formation? I know we need CBs but I thought Burrows and Seriki were equally bad last week. Hopefully Soumare will add a bit of bite as he looked good last night to say it was his first appearance for us and he was surrounded by players lacking confidence.

We are getting relegated. This is not the same team as last season. This team lacks any depth and in some areas has no quality in the starting 11.

And if we go 433, they will just steam roll straight down middle and run at our defenders (already past midfield)... just like Bristol City did.

The formation/style needs a tweak whilst ever we have the defence we have got.

That’s a very decent team on paper. Hopefully we go for it. Gives us a more solid base to build on defensively.

The race hasn't even started yet there's so much time for this team to improve I think everyones concerns are around whether we will actually do that. The more cocking around this club does the more games we throw away and justify it by "still x amount of weeks left for new signings, give him time etc" the more anxious we all get for at least some points.

I'd obviously love a win this weekend but I would settle for some evidence there's improvements and the squad are looking confident because at the moment they look thrown together and terrified. Kinda like the last PL season. We're also coming off the back of a play off final and recent stints in the PL, the fans (rightly so) expect more than these types of performances despite how new the season is. So I can understand why people will be throwing toys out and bed wetting.

I've lost count how many times I've said "it is well within United capabilities to win this weekend, but it is equally in their capabilities to completely balls it up"
