Survival

It’s not a foregone conclusion

Bournemouth
Wolves
Luton
Burnley

All in for a difficult season. What I will say is the likes or Traore, Trusty, Slimane are excellent signings and if we get the next 2 weeks right we have good young talented players on long contracts ready for if the players with a year left choose not to extend.

The Prince is skint, we’re in trouble and we just gained promotion to catapult the club out of a financial mess and out of the red.

I think survival is a big ask but I also don’t believe we will be cut adrift

There's more chance of me serenading Michelle Keegan on Fargate, whilst fully in the nud, singing Annie's Song in French in honour of our departed star boy.
If we ever got a billionaire owner I would fully expect him to fund a great team buy Illi back whilst providing the cash and language tuition for your serenade outside the town hall as we celebrate our FA cup win.

Question for everyone, if we stay up this year will it be a bigger achievement than finishing 9th under Wilder? Personally I knew we’d stay up easily under Wilder but 9th was way more than expected. I still think we’ll stay up this year, just.

Alex Crook is an arrogant bellend and is supposed transfer specialist yet get things wrong on a regular basis.

I hope we stick their taunts were the sun doesn't shine and wipe that smirk off his face.
Out of interest, who did he have last season to go down?

Just watching a pre start of the season relegation match between Wolves and Luton. Wolves can’t finish and Luton are not good. Saying that our friendlies weren’t great
With regard Crook it’s how he says it’s madness we sold Illy as if we forced it.

Motivation

Was just about to post this. Fucking jam it straight into my veins. Just like the first season back in the Championship, RoysViews were consistent gold. Underrated and written off in the Pre-Match then, week in, week out, after we smashed teams 'We had a bad day at the office'. Absolutely no credit give to us and our ability. Just like the Pigs today claiming last years Champ was the weakest ever. Can't have anything to do with what we bring, must be everyone else happening to be shit a couple of times a season that coincided with them playing us.

Underestimate us at your peril, going in as the under dog is where we thrive.

If we stay up it’ll mean the transfers have been a massive success and would mean an exciting future for us if our recruitment team are able to spend more money on players that fit this model. essentially we’re either going to become brighton/Brentford or hull city, I see no inbetween 😂

We will survive, close call, but I think the Prem underestimate our knowledge, experience and ability. The more they make us underdogs, the better. We are formidable in the bunker mentality. Let's see them come to the Lane with the fans baying for blood! We have to play our part. Billy Big bollocks teams hate coming to the Lane. Florist survived on home form last season, we can do better. We will. Luton will definitely be below us, probably Wolves also. We need to be above one other team. That's all! We can do it, but we fans must play our part.

I'm never the most optimistic blade. But fuck me there's some negative Cunts about.
We 've not kicked a ball yet.
Fucking hell grow some balls ffs.
Wait and see. Who knows,we might the actually have a manager who knows what he's doing. We might have the nucleus of a squad that can compete.
Stranger things have happened.

I would rather see the young lads ahead of, Fleck and Osborn.

I like Fleck/ Osborn but they have had their chance and I want to see more of Brooks and Coulibaly.

Yes. We have no money this time around as a direct result of Wilder pissing in the wind on shit signings. I'd trust hecky a lot more with the cash that wilder spent. Anything other than relegation this season will be a fucking miracle and if hecky pulls it off, I'll pull him off
