Super Computer Predicts!

Got to say for a supercomputer it's pretty wank.

For once I would not be devastated if we lost in the playoffs, I never thought we would be anywhere near them at the start of the season.

I would fancy us in the playoffs now. Our management and players have the necessary 'no fear' approach to games and I don't see them bottling It, rather embracing the opportunity. Also we would be going in as relative underdogs, something which didn't apply in the past when we repeatedly failed.

Not saying we would win them, as the competition will be fierce but I know we will perform. That in itself is progress from our earlier 'attempts'.

You must surely question anyone using the term ‘super computer’ in 2018, to be honest.

For me it conjures up images of Alan Turing with a computer the size of a bus.

If the scenario plays out as the 'super computer' predicts, the last game of the regular season could be quite tasty - in more ways than one.

That's not a super computer, just two of crab industries empty tin cans of crab meat tied together wiv a bit of old twine...

My worry with us making the play offs is that we'd do a Leicester. Do really well one season then struggle the next

If it's such a "super computer" why do they have to keep doing monthly updates.

Has anybody got the one from August? That will show how "super" it is.

If it predicted the Coutts injury and the knock on effect that had I'd be very impressed.

In fairness, if play offs were just a two legged match we'd be ok. It's the pesky final "bit" that appears to cause us problems.

Wilder v Warmock in playoff semi!

Could only be better by being the final.

As somebody said above, the first playoffs where we could be excited without being desperate.

What a load of old shit, not dissimilar to the fucking Premier League obsessed, wank radio station that produced it.

Super computer my fat arse, egotistical twats, each and every one of 'em

I was prepared to mock this but it seems quite close to how I think things will play out..

Really wanted Bolton to go down but they seem to have turned a corner. Can see Fulham going up through the play offs

Not so good for us if you look at the predictions from footballwebpages though - but more in line with my estimates, except I would have had Boro above Bristol City and us above Preston.

I would take that all day long.

If it had been offered in August I think most on here would have too.

Finishing above pigs and Leeds and losing to neither?

Realistically that's a fantastic result just so long as we continue to progress next season.
