The rest of Spain will happily use chorizo and other ingredients and will mix meat and seafood. So, whilst the original Valencian paella doesn’t contain chorizo, putting chorizo in a mixed paella is perfectly acceptable as a mixed paella isn’t ‘traditional’ anyway.

I saw a clip of Lopata clearing one off the line and then colliding with the post (v Forest U23??). He didn't play again after that so I didn't see him in the games that were streamed. Gomis seemed to improve in these games.
 
So where is Ndiaye then? I thought he was one of the most promising of the lot. Seems to have disappeared completely. Was he not the one delaying signing a new contract?
 



From the video on youtube, it looks like they really are being put through their paces, not just in terms of training routines, as you would expect, with a new coach and manager, but the is a section, in what appears to be a practice match, when SJ is on the pitch, asking/telling them to 'Open your minds' sounds like its in regard to making space after they passed the ball and supporting or offering the guy with the ball an option, from the looks on a few faces its all 'new' which is good, will need something big to shake the memories/attitudes of last season.

moving in to space and giving the person on the ball more options was a major problem for us last season it just didnt happen it will have to with this guy or they wont be in the starting 11 think discipline went out of the window in the last 15 months of wilders tenure

McBurnie didn't go to the Euros, Norrington-Davies made the choice to abandon his holiday to try and force his way into our side supposedly. Fleck went to the Euros and wanted a holiday clearly.

Egan was on duty but a before the Euros, RoI's last game was 8th June, so plenty of time for him to have a rest and come back at the start of preseason.

Sander I can only imagine is still recovering.

Edit: Billy is there, and he's still recovering, so Sander must be further behind or be off.

Completely agree, sick and tired of saying it, but moving Duffy on for his chat re a new contract, sent a message to every player, you want to be part of this then don't rock the boat, doesn't matter who you are, or what you have done.
Failing to deal with Lundstrom sent a louder message, one we are repeating with Bryan, performance's drop off, no matter your still in the starting 11, don't contribute anything on the pitch, doesn't matter your in the starting 11, and finally the contract offer is on the table, it won't be withdrawn, take as long as you like,,,

Yeah just checked, so Sander must be further behind/getting treatment in Norway or somewhere else, or he's off somewhere. I can't see that though, not like that.

He was commenting on Baldock's Instagram yesterday so that's something.
