Strong finishes to Wilder seasons

Last 16 fixtures in previous seasons.
2017 (Division 1) WDDWDWWWDWWWWWWW = 40 points
2018 (First back in Champ) 23 points
2019 (Champ promo season) DWWWDWWWLWDDWWWD = 35 points
Even with the last 3-game drop off in 2020's first Prem campaign, DLWWDWDLLWDWWLLL we got 22 points which would put us on 33 this season.
Get a couple of wins instead of three defeats from those last 3 and we could easily get to 39.

Yeah, fair point mate, but even so, we'd only need to add 6 points to the 22 we got after 'dropping off' last time for us to end up on 39 points.
When you look at it like that, it gives me more confidence that we can do it.

I think the target is 7 wins, with a few draws thrown in that should give us a chance. It's definitely doable, although I won't be getting my hopes up just yet.
