The transfer market is crazy right now, teams know we've pocketed money from the Maguire deal, and strikers are always at a premium, so how can we win? I really don't want to see us repeating the recent error of bringing in too many expensive players that aren't good enough but being frugal looks like we'll end up running with a thin squad.

Agree to a point PB but we are light , if Billy got injured who of the the other 3 strikers would carry the baton with goals , plus we still need an outlet of someone up there with pace as in some games we are gonna be on back foot and need an outlet ,if Coutts, or Fleck in the middle picked up an injury only got Lundstram as cover in centre ?
