Stewards today

Anybody else near the front where the stewards were stood, big lad behind me was giving em some right stick. John lennon lookalike. Jesus and when the big fatness was pushed into giving some young lads some of his haribos he started giving it about him being a paedophile! The stewards to be fair took everything well, good memories, mind you that banger at half time made me fuckin jump B-)

Stewards and coppers were superb today from everything I witnessed.

They made a brilliant and also quick decision with all of us from the home end. Fair play.

Excellent policing all round, and stewards were spot on in the ground all game. They'd clearly pre-planned the move of the away fans from the home end into a pre-determined screened off area. Top performance from MKD on that front, sensible, well thought out, well-executed.

Can I also whisper that I really like their stadium as well? Sorry.

I'm pissed off.....from the pictures there seems to be literally thousands of empty seats. Including pretty much a whole upper tier in the home end, and worse still a large empty section under our own bloody fans!

Now I reckon another 3k would have satisfied the demand, and would easily have been accommodated. What a waste of time having probably 1k blades dotted about the home end when it could easily have taken the numbers who would have travelled anyway.

The stewarding and police there are clearly in their game, so the extra would have been dealt with well.

I'll piss you off even more. A lad in front of us was talking of going out at half time as he couldn't smoke and they weren't serving alcohol.
He didn't reappear after half time, I only hope he found another seat as his seat was certainly a waste of a ticket if he went for a drink instead of watching the second half.

These are the blades who were sitting in amongst the home fans, closest to the netting . There were a fair few of them who moved seats .
