Stewards at back of Kop gangway F

What the actual fuck were these cunts doing? One of them assaulted a guy for no reason, resulting in the guy being ejected. A lot of other blades jumped in and the steward rightly so got thrown out of the stadium, not sure if the guy got back in.

After that, anyone who went out the stadium for whatever reason, food, piss etc were subjected to a ticket check.

What the actual fuck? I'm fine with the sniffer dogs, the searches upon entry to the ground but fuck me the stewards were raking the piss today and anyone who called them out were threatened to be ejected for no reason.

Last season where were only 2 stewards at the gangway every game, no issues. Today there were 8 and there were all kind of issues brought on by the new stewards. One must have thought he was a police officer above the law.

Manager of the stewards were informed, took notes I doubt anything will happen mind.

Not very well briefed either as they had no idea what my member’s card was. “I need to see your ticket”, “The ticket is on the card” (repeat n times). I just walked past him in the end.

I got there early today and the aforementioned stewards asked me and Cheets Jr to show our tickets. I don't get it at all as if I wanted to I could simply enter the Kop from the front or from any other gangway.

One of these twats actually grabbed my ST from my hand when I tried to show him. They were aggressive and rude to everyone walking through afterwards, too. I was so annoyed that I lunged at him and grabbed it back from his grasp before calling them all a "set of useless fucking cunts" and forcing my way past. It's ok for people like me that are not easily intimidated and ok with standing up and speaking their minds but this sort of thing could put some people off going if it's not stopped immediately.

There really isn't any need.

Saw something at gangway F where there was a back up of people, trying to get on the Kop and a load of people just tuned around and went down Gangway E where two stewards were stood picking their nose and not taking notice of anyone.

There seems to be an issue that if you are challenged then your season card isn’t good enough and you have to now present a receipt from your purchase. So if you have ordered online you better have printed off the receipt and taken it with you.

I'm a tramp wherever I go. My ST is on the cop, but I've sat on the blut on the odd occasion and happily ate chips off the floor there.

Compare this behaviour to at least half a dozen Stewards who stood and watched a Millwall fan trying his best to smash a seat after our second goal

Stood there for 30 seconds both in front and behind as this pissed up prick kept kicking the seat trying to break it.

Not even in the throng of the away fans. Right on the outskirts near the South Stand but they still did fuck all.

Didnt see the stewards but did see SYP in St Mary’s roundabout and Bramall Lane 40 mins before kick off. Lost all control of a relatively small group of Millwall fans. Tried to stop all going up the underpass so all just went up the bank whilst coppers stood. Needless to say confrontations outside Cricketers ensued and coppers then have to run through Blades to get back to the same group they lost.

No Co-ordination, no awareness of what would happen, no common sense and above all no grip. Could have been a lot worse if it had been 15 mins later.

Seems a few serious questions need to be asked about those charged with keeping order and keeping us safe.

Not saying this is what happened yesterday because I didn't see it (although I did follow a group of 20 - 30 Millwall who seemed to have been missed by the coppers) but I'm of the long held opinion that SYP allow bits to go off, or even accommodate it so they can get their cameras out and bag a few locals.

To be fair to them, the tactic on the BL end is often observe and then grab them on the way out/at a more opportune moment. I know in past Millwall games at the Lane they’ve left them alone and observed/grabbed video evidence rather than wade in causing a bigger issue and then lifted them from the concourse.
