I'd have Cotterill ,in fact I'd have Beattie (council version) in place of Quinn.

Think a move would be good for both him and us. He gets the chance to discover if there's any of the skill and craft he showed when he first brokethrough left in him and we get the chance to improve our physical presence in midfeld. Good luck Squinny.

He was our best player towards the end of last season, we should definitely keep hold of him.

Richards is actually out of contract so agreeing a swap deal would be daft.

I hope we keep Quinn, he's a much better player than people give him credit for.

No he's not, he's shit.................................!

He's had a poor season I'll give you that. He did improve massively towards the end of the season.

Wouldn't be bothered if he left though.

I think he needs a move, I'm not sure whether it's because he's got complacent but his performances for us this season have been consistently poor. The most frustrating thing is that he's got the ability, he's just not showing it on a regular basis.

Maybe a move will do him good.

Stephen Quinn going to swansea and that is from a released player.

Start the car. I'll drive him there myself and not want any petrol money. If he put as much effort into passing the ball forward as he does with arguing the toss with the referee and the opposition he'd be some player. Unfortunately he doesn't and he isn't. One good half at The Sty does not make him a good player.

I'd normally be of this vain. I think since his promising season in the Prem that Stephen Quinn has been massively disappointing. He is incredibily inconsistent and very furstrating. I also think a move would do him good and possibly kick start his career. However, I feel a bit uneasy that we are getting rid of contracted players when we only have 9 or so at the club. Any other time I'd be packing his bags, but we haven't signed anyone yet this summer, we've released 10/11 players and there is talk of us selling 3 or 4 (Sharp, Henderson and Quinn) of the very few contracted players we have left. Sure it is early in the summer, but faint alarm bells are starting to ring for me.

All this would change if they offered a player in return. Although i'd also be a bit surprised if Blackwell sold Quinn as he sums up his stratgey (hard working but inneffective).
