IIRC he was on Wednesday's books as a junior. He went to the states for a couple of years on a football scholarship. On his return he joined United as Wednesday (under Jack Charlton?) didn't show enough interest.I remember him well. He went to the same school as my sister. I'm sure he was either a pig fan or he played for them as a teenager. He came to our house occasionally there's no way he was getting into our house. I've no idea how he ended up at the lane
Please don’t make me have to mute youIIRC he was on Wednesday's books as a junior. He went to the states for a couple of years on a football scholarship. On his return he joined United as Wednesday (under Jack Charlton?) didn't show enough interest.
Which school? Sir Harold Jackson (Bradway) or Rowlinson?
I love this fucking shirt…But it probably represents the worst couple of seasons in Sheff Utd history.

Soz, but I love it….But for the reasons I’ve stated.,,It’ll never be a classic,That wasn’t a Sheffield United shirt. An abomination.
My one good memory of him is him getting to the by-line on the left wing against Rotherham in the last minute and putting over a great cross which Pedro Verde headed home from 2 yards out in front of the kop to give us a 1-0 victory and just keep alive our already diminishing hopes of promotion. Come to think of it, it's my one good memory of Verde as well.Limited player in a very poor team.
That's it really.
