Can anyone honestly say O'Connell and Fleck aren't worth at least £3m now? Especially in this age of batshit crazy transfer fees.

You can bump the value of Basham, Freeman and Coutts as well after their contract extensions.

I invite you and indeed Harry's Game to give an update on the list as well, rather than just slamming mine without substance (not directly you Ricky ) though I don't disagree with what you've said, though won't be too much more for Basham and Freeman
