Edit:

I just had a few minutes thinking about this and feel that a Chinese Burn on a flaccid penis would be incredibly difficult to perform. I doubt that many torture victims would be erect at that moment so no, the slicing seems a far more efficient way to inflict pain.

Well the joke was meant to imply a Chinese Burn on the same area as the paper cut, but I should have been more specific. In any event, I think it is significant that contemplating these matters is slightly more pleasurable than contemplating United's prowess in transfer windows.
