Anyone posting something like that makes you wonder what goes off inside their tiny brain, but in his role especially.

Having said that do we know for sure he has.

Concerns me a little today that everyone clamours for someone to be sacked when a nasty cuntish comment is put on social media by Joe Public. Easy way to get back at someone by nicking their phone for 2 mins and fraping them.

Bringing your employer into disrepute as this clearly does is usually gross misconduct. However if I was his employer I would suggest he does some voluntary work in children's hospice as an alternative to being sacked
 
Reading the comment (I know always a mistake) and people seriously want him sacked. The guys an idiot, now a lot of people know he's an idiot but he shouldn't lose his job for a stupid online comment. It's got nothing to do with his job nor prevents him from doing it well.
It's a morons comment, let everyone see it and judge for themselves.

It might just indicate the kind of person he truly is though and it might just be the sort of person who you wouldn't want working at your organisation.

This is a story and is much worse than eating a pie during a game that resulted in a sacking.

This is simply unbelievable and totally unacceptable. A young kid fights cancer for half is young life and is proudly shown on social media by his loving, proud parents doing something he loves, doing something that might never have happened if he wasn't such a little fighter.

I know that Southend Utd have apologised but continuing to employee this idiot would be a massive own goal, the mind boggles to what kind of person could attack a child that has suffered so much. Sick.

I hope it isn't Evans, as while I can't remember calling for it, being sent down is highly ikely to get you the sack as you can't go to work, brings the club into disrepute and basically fucks us up. I didn't want him resigned, for a whole host of reasons which I've gone into at length on numerous thread and won't bore everyone again.
I wouldn't give that guy a job either if I was aware as he seems bit of a cunt.

Why on earth would any intelligent adult take himself online and sit there typing out "you stupid cunt" aimed at a child under any circumstances? Then for it to be aimed at some young kid who's full of the emotion and spirit that we're all desperate to express because his beloved club have finally achieved promotion after such a long and tortuous period in a lower league, and then for that kid to be in remission after a serious cancer scare, I mean fuck me sideways I hate the modern day PC brigade but this doesn't even come close. If he's joking it's not a genuine threat is it? If people are going to get upset at jokes there is no hope for them, they will constantly be offended their whole lives which diminishes offence for things that are actually worth caring about.
