South Stand last night

Anybody on the south stand around Gangway G last night will have seen the man taken ill just after Freemans goal. It took several hundred fans urgently calling for paramedics to get to him before they took notice.

He did not look in a good way when leaving on a stretcher with paramedics.

Hopefully it's nothing too serious and he makes a speedy recovery, if anybody knows the gentlemen in question, pass on all our regards.

Yes you say that. But where else would he have received medical attention that quickly other than a sports arena? They were with him in under 2 minutes. It did feel like a long time but you imagine if he was in a pub or at home, how long would he have had to wait? 6, 8, 10 mins?

I couldn't understand the abuse the police and paramedics were getting when they were getting up to him.

Hope he's ok.
