Just read this on sports news website and the way billy is talking he wants to leave, there isn't any part of the interview where he states he'd like to stay at the lane especially when he says "I spoke to the chairman at Doncaster and he told me he would do his best to get me there".

A good point - when he signed for us it was well received but it didn't take long for the fans to turn when he wasn't doing the business on the pitch. With the weight of expectation that seems to be lumped on him on this and other message boards how long would it be before we're back to square one with him if he doesn't deliver the goals this time round.

Granted, the anger may be focused more on Blackwell this time rather than Billy but he's always struck me as a confidence player and I don't think he'd do well at The Lane at the moment.
