Everton are protected upon high by a power that we mere mortals will never fully comprehend.
Call it the Football Gods, call it whatever you want, but I have been hoping this mob would experience relegation for 30 years and despite several closer than close shaves, they ALWAYS manager to squeak out of it. They will again.
