Ricky / Chronic is a horrible little loser.

Racist, sexist, homophobic & the classic type that calls people a snowflake but is actually more thin skinned than 99% of people you or I know.

My guess is he struggles socially, with women & probably in his career too. So he likes to take out all of his frustrations on people he feels superior to as a straight, white bloke.
