You know what it’s like when you’ve saved up your money and buying something you’ve always wanted from a shop.
Then the person at the desk explains the item is out of stock.….but due in tomorrow.
You’re disappointed…but return to the shop the next day…..
The shop keeper apologises …..saying the delivery drivers were on strike but the item will be arriving the next day guaranteed.
You return to the shop again…now feeling a bit paranoid…..the shop keeper says “good news….you’re item is in stock”….hooray.
You get the item home, take it out of the box and realise it’s a totally different colour to what you’ve ordered.

My point is….when purchases/ negotiations are dragged on and on and on.
Then relationships/ emotions can suffer and at some point…..one of the party is so frustrated….the whole thought of a deal brings anxiety…so they walk away.

I made the mistake of scaling the fence from the Kop when the tannoy wrongly announced a late goal at (Swindon?) that would have kept us up. Ecstasy soon changed to despair, the sight of police horses charging down the pitch towards us and the realisation that it wasn’t so easy to get back over the fence from the other side!

Were waiting on an agreement between Archer and Villa, theres no "technically" about it, our side is complete paperwork wise, not sure about any filming etc, the thing holding up the signing, is as explained.
