Always fancied spending the night at Bramall Lane - here’s your chance!
We are very excited to announce that SUFC will host the 3rd annual St Wilfrid’s Sleep Out at Bramall Lane, with participants from the club, including Chief Executive Stephen Bettis, sleeping out in the John Street Stand for one night only on Friday 13th March, to raise awareness and funds to support our work with vulnerable adults and rough sleepers in the city. We’ll make a night of it with refreshments, card games and chat. Over the course of the evening there might well be a Blades’ Legend or two popping in to say hello and wish you goodnight. Bacon sarnies and a spot of yoga to stretch out tired limbs will bring the event to a close in the morning.
Why not get a group of friends to join you and challenge yourself to go without your home comforts and gain a small insight into what life is like for rough sleepers, for whom sleeping rough is not a one-off experience. As an added bonus, any Blades fan who takes part will be entered into a competition to win a signed home or away shirt, to be presented by the player of their choice at the next home game!
Experience something new, support our work and take on our challenge by signing up today. To register for the event or to find out more visit stwilfridscentre.org/events or contact us at [email protected] or 0114 2555720
