The new manager is hugely influential when it come to the develop squad and training ground set up.
I’ll give you that he doesn’t don a hi-vis vest and project managers structural engineering

Have to disagree still, I’ll stick to my first answer (although I’ll expand a tad) - 1 to 3 is in his gift and I’d hope 3 doing 2 having sorted 1.
4. Yes influential as in we need to improve our training complex/ nah, we’re alright here. If the funding isn’t there there’s nothing he can do.
5. If someone meets a contractually mandated release clause and Sander wants to go, again, there is nothing he can do. Unfortunate though that may be, as I think he’s a cracking player; just an opinion mind.
