I am pretty sure Skybet is no longer owned by Sky.
So Don't see a problem, I guess the commentator could lump on but guessing there is a limit on the maximum stake probably £20.

There should have been a law change after the Wayne Shaw pie eating thing. Btw there was only one person who came out of that badly and it was the poor bloke who ate the pie because he lost his job because of it.
