I couldn't give a flying fuck over this game and I will not count it in our run whether we win, lose or draw the game.

The only way I will know the score is if I read it on here somewhere.

It would be good if we could play all our youngsters and get them some game time but unfortunately the rules don't allow this to happen so fuck it.

In what way don't they allow it? It's a pissy fine of £5,000 maximum. Just fucking pay it and play them.

It's a rule, I suppose it's upto us whether we adhere to the rule or not.

I agree 'btw', we would probably save the £5k in appearance fees for the regulars by playing the youngsters anyway so it's definitely doable without even touching the bank in effect.
 
Play the kids and pay the fine in 1p's :)

Fuck the EFL and their checkabollocks trophy.

Every round of a competition that we were told was to help potential England players of the future has coincided with, er, international fixtures involving call ups for potential England players of the future. Idiotic is an understatement.
 
clearly whilst abiding by whatever the selection rules are we should as much as possible play anyone who's not been getting first team game time recently or is on the fringes due to someone being ahead of them, coming back from injury, stepping up from U23's
 
Not sure if its been mentioned but a certain tosser took off 3? players a few years ago after a few minutes, if it gets around the rules and you take say fleck,coutts and sharp straight away and it saves you a fine it seems a good plan to me, again apologies if its been mentioned earlier
