I'm going for yes as I'm absolutely astounded that the two players who basically changed the game on Saturday found themselves on the bench last night. And to then end up with Kitson and Porter up top (like we did earlier in the season which IMO really didn't work either) was madness.

In DW's defence, and this is his ONLY defence, it's clearly not easy putting a team together with seemingly no support from the owner, and my blame for the situation as a whole lies firmly at his door.

Do you think Higginbottom, Kitson, Robson etc; came cheap? Fucking madness that you want to defend him on this. This team is built for now and if Wilson is here next year would just see another bunch of experienced failures keep younger players out of the team. No way to build a team

Unbelievable I went to Walsall and the 1 st half was the worst I've ever seen from a blades team and he still sticks with em just like he will on sat please get rid before its too late

True stanny and I appreciate that, but when you have no money you can only dream of having a plush car but instead end up with a rusty old hatchback (I'd class Williams as more rusty old pushbike however!)
You are right about lack of money BUT we started the season without replacing Williamson and ended up playing Blackman on the wing. You cant tell me that we couldnt find a right winger that was better there than Robson for less wages.
His dealings in the market fill me with zero confidence at all. Good job we havent got a pot to piss in or he would waste it

I have to agree to an extent - the signings he's made since the departure of Blackman (how bad a decision does that look now?!) have been both A) Expensive B) Terrible.

Higginbotham and Robson will each be taking home at least 4 or 5k a week I'd guess

IMO we'd have been better served taking a punt on one or two youngsters and reserving the wages for one decent striker. Easy in hindsight I guess but the signings made have been abysmal.

The fact that DW started with Robson/Flynn and Kitson last night after Mcfadzean and Porter changed the game second half against Walsall showed just how inept his decisions are.

Warnock is the man. He would be fired up with unfinished business. If you accept that it is too risky, then there are a few others out there. Someone who wants to rebuild a career - take your pick!

I think that Warnock might just do us a job until the end of the season on two counts:

He can motivate players to give beyond their normal capabilities.

If we are to continue to play hoof ball, then let's have a man in charge who knows how to do it!

The Robson signing was a big shock to me. The Vancouver fans were elated when they got rid of him he was a poor player even in the MSL.
