Seems a strange order, vaguely alphabetical and by division, but a bit all over the place.

Bournemouth, Barnsley, Birmingham are repeated (top left, and bottom right), so it can't be all 72. I don't think our kit's on it at all. You can zoom in and get a detailed look.

A few I can't work out.

Left to right:

Gillingham, Bournemouth, Baaaarnsley, Birmingham, Blackburn, Blackpool, Bolton, Brighton, Burnley, Charlton, Derby, Doncaster, Huddersfield, Walsall;

Tranmere, Watford, Leicester, Middlesbrough, Milwall, Forest, QPR, Reading, Pigs, Ipswich, Plymouth, Yeovil, Bradford, Stevenage;

Crewe, Generic red and white stripes kit, Bristol City, Carlisle, MK, Notts County, Oldham, Colchester;

??? (claret kit, no badge), Peterborough, Port Vale, Preston, Wolves, Accrington, Wimbledon, Rovrum;

Orient, Bristol Rovers, Burton, Bury, Cheltenham, Chesterfield, Dagenham, Exeter, Fleetwood, Mansfield, Morecambe, Newport, Northampton, Coventry?;

??? (red kit), Oxford, Wigan, Portsmouth, Rochdale, Scunthorpe, Southend, Torquay, Wycombe, York, Bournemouth (again), Baaaaaaarnsley (again), Birmingham (again), Shrewsbury

This is a guess (God I MUST do some work today), Claret Kit Northampton Town? Red One, Lincoln City, merely based on a hunch that their (pixellated) badge has an Imp on it? No idea if either team is still in the league btw, but I have seen United play at both places.....

I'd say no to both sides wearing their traditional stripes.

United's first shirts weren't red and white stripes. If we're going authentic, we should be playing in plain white shirts with blue shorts and as someone said up there, County in bee colour hoops.

Ones missing are:
Blades, Brentford, Swindon, Hartlepool, Crawley and Leedscum.

You beat me Richie! I missed Swindon, Brentford and Crawley...

Although that Swindon kit is a crap version.

*Not sure if true or not but I was told by a senior FA official a while ago that a little known fact is that in the Premier League the champions can play in their "home" kit for all matches if they insist and the home side much change if there is a clash and they insist on it. That would kill Man Ure's commercial arm!

I'd heard this too, and the same person told me that Notts County can play every game in their home kit as they are the oldest professional club

I thought about that, Linz, that's why I didn't mention original kits, just home kits

Wasn't it the case in the "olden days" that it was the home team that changed in the case of a clash of kits? Probably so the travelling team didn't have to take spare kit with them.

Also. That Notts C shirt is correct so the shirts wont clash.

It's whether or not they have white shorts to play in or not. They won't be allowed to play in Black Shorts or White Socks.

I've heard the same thing. One of those "tradition" things like only FA Cup winners can have square corner flags - whilst the plebs like Birmingham City are supposed to have triangular ones.

I wonder what the self-service checkout would think you want to buy, if you scan that shirt over it?
Somebody PLEASE try it! Nice of em to get a bloke to model it who has one black arm and one white arm. Kick racism out of football kit modelling an all that.

There isn't really a colour clash because their DNA kit is largely black by the looks, I take it we'll not be in the full Norwich City drag act outfit ( NO)))))) . So its nought particularly to do with it being the anniversary is it? I do think refs get carried away with worrying about whether the shorts clash or the socks.
