I’ll take that performance and result for every remaining home game this season, all be it not pretty at times.

These level of performances ain’t gonna wash against better teams we have coming up - that’s the concern

I wouldn’t really call it a shit performance, but we do have a tendency of getting a team on ropes, ready for the knockout punch…Then inexplicably, we just drop our gloves.
It’s so hard sometimes watching United trying to defend a lead, especially after we’ve been playing some lovely football.
But when you look at the points column in the league table, it seems very stupid to complain.

A person saying we are not entertaining is an opinion backed up by thousands of bored people sat in stony silence for 90 minutes.

A person saying we are winning but the entertainment is lacking is not criticising or being anti Blade, they are just wishing we could nail teams down and put them away without the last 30 minutes of nail biting drama

A person wanting more than two or three good moves or passages of play in an entire game isn't being anti Blade either.

Somebody calling somebody a pig, wanker, cunt or whatever else they want to throw at you, suggests lack of intelligence.

Likewise someone who dislikes your views and then repeatedly follows you around trying to quote past messages (incorrectly and in the wrong context to suit their own agenda)

Everybody is happy enough, but wanting it to be even better by professionally killing games off instead of almost every game descending into a hard, ugly slog from a fantastic position isn't anti Blade,

I just can’t get me head around the negativity what people are posting on here.No team in the world plays world class football week in week out winning 9-0 every week it just doesn’t happen. So hopefully another shit performance Friday against Hull and a 3-0 win UTB

Here’s my take with what’s wrong with fans at the moment.

Potential promotion and the take over by a wealth football loving buyer versus dropping to play-off’s and missing out again and being left with an owner who has gone all-in with his wealth and has nowt left.

How can that not affect any Blades fan?

I can’t turn up (and don’t think many can) and just enjoy watching a football game then go home. Social media, TV coverage etc have made it a 24/7 presence in our psyche.

Thats what’s affecting United fans at the moment, it’s like watching the ball bouncing around on a roulette wheel with an impending feeling as it’s all in for the club. Massive win or wilderness football for god knows how many decades.

Is it that the opposition arent really pushing the Blades, that we are getting these uninspiring performances? We win like sat 3-1, but it still doesnt feel like it should. It was said that Utd got brought down to the other teams level, instead of when better teams come to the Lane, and Utd beat them with ease but play out of their skins.
