Only 31, without a club, was only on £24k a week at Zaragoza last season.

No, he's not the answer for the future.

Yes, he isn't what he used to be at Dortmund.

But he is a talented creative midfielder on a free. Probably never going to happen but thought I'd post it anyway.

Would be a decent addition to the squad on a 1 year deal. Probably one of the better cheap options available.

From what I remember of him I think he was a good finisher. Creative and can take a chance when it comes his way.
One of the best shouts posted on here in a long time.

We're crying out for another option in that attacking midfield role as we've currently only got McGoldrick who can play that role. £20k p/w with an option for a second season if he makes enough appearances. Get him in!

We are, but considering we've not even made used of the attacking midfielder role since Duffy left (freeman twice I think), I don't think it's a goer.

I'd like to think it's coming back after watching the last 15 minutes against Arsenal, it was the only time the entire match we looked like a team that could threaten their goal.

hmmm... left zaragoza 1 year early and expresses regret at the situation... wanted to stay on longer but club terminated... but thanked him for his loyalty and commitment... strikes as something seriously not right about that... as said before this is all from a segunda side... maybe he has completely lost it?

Is it still racism if its positive?
Or more positive profiling?

Anyway, 31 to Asian people is like 25 to us, plus they seem to have a great work ethic and attitude. I'm kinda joking but most Asian players I can think will generally run themselves into the ground for their shirt.

He's a class act, always has been. Looks like he played the majority of games last season too.

Big yes from me.

Zaragoza are in the shit financially. They probably gambled on getting promoted last season but missed out and without fans probably can't afford to pay Kagawa.

Zaragoza are in the deep financially.

As others have said...Zaragoza aren't a big club financially and Kagawa on £24k a week was there biggest earner by about £10k. Covid has buggered them and so they had to let him go, that's what I've read anyway!

ahh got ya, thanks a lot for clearing that one up, i dont see why he’s someone we wouldnt go for then!

I immediately assumed he's on a downward spiral based on the clubs involved. But looks like he had a good spell at Besiktas 18/19, then decent in Spanish second division 19/20. But yes, how/why did he drop down a level... That'd suggest we won't sign him.

Great player at a reasonable age... on paper.

So, a Spanish Second Division team won't renew his contract, but people want him to sign for an English Premier League team?

Edit - gerrim in!

Osborne and Robinson were English Second Division rejects.

Because their finances are on a par with wed*esdays?

I think he took a gamble on a good contract hoping Zaragoza would get promoted straight away. Plus at Zaragoza he would have been a guaranteed first teamer.

I'd take him if he was going cheap enough, quality player.

Yeah me too. I was in a facetious mood earlier. Should really use emoji's when being a sarcastic prick

I would take a punt on him and wilshere just for the season hopefully CWAK would motivate them both back to their best
