There you go again, using an imaginary scenario to put our fans in a bad light. Are you OK?

Snooty, this is a forum for people to give their views. You don't agree with mine fair enough but you are not getting where I'm coming from clearly. I'm trying to say that IF the twitter account is true then its a disgrace and it needs looking into either way.I'm simply saying that.

The accusations are very serious and need investigating, and if they're false then there should be actions against the Twitter guy. If they're true then there should obviously be serious implications to the group of fans he's referring too, but obviously it needs proving. Can we agree here?

Snooty, having read my original post though I get that it comes across that I've assumed it to be true and that was wrong because there is no evidence presented. For that I can see that I was wrong. As for the other posts I think I've already said my reasoning that the accusations are very serious and as I said on my last two posts.

Calm down Snooty, we're all Blades on here. I'm saying if they happened then its totally wrong. I said alleged chants. I wasn't there and therefore can't say either way. There was a United fan saying they did happen (London Road Blade on twitter I think - as featured on here). I'm not judging anyone, other than saying I've being on train trips to away games and I don't think I'm saying anything out of tune to say that I don't want to be on a train full of young football fans who are frequently tanked up singing chants loudly around other members of the public who are going on a train and don't want to listen to fans chanting. That's my experience on trains to away games but that's not directly related to the accusations of the guy on twitter.

As for the guy on twitter, I said he should have said it to the Railway company rather than bleating (I'll add now - without evidence) on twitter.
LRB wasn’t being serious.

I imagine he heard some chants. Unfortunately he's totally misheard the words.

My guess is :

The racism comes from "black arse of a crow"

The shitting on graves is from 'fly over Hillsborough tomorrow and shit on the bastards below"

The homophobia comes from "Shag your women and drink your beer (probably thinks he heard the word 'Queer' )

The raping Wednesday wives was likely from the same chant or maybe "we hate (rape?) Wednesday.

When your mind is that acclimatised to see offence you can hear all sorts of crazy things .
WE RAPE WEDNESDAY, WE RAPE WEDNESDAY

It could catch on

He was supposed to be reporting it to British Transport Police today. He’s not posted an update funnily enough.

I'm not condoning any of the chants alleged but it'll likely be a tanked group of young lads and this sort of thing happens with lads who can't handle their beer who are young and don't really care what people think and in fact are looking for a reaction from the other passengers. If it happens then the guy who did the tweet should contact the train company as opposed to going on twitter.

I wouldn't go by train to be honest to an away game because I do feel embarrassed at the rest of the train who happens to have caught the same train.

But I recall similar stuff said of Wednesday fans just last week?
That's true bb I was on the train a bunch of about six young lads off there heads it was embarrassing tbh

There's an obvious way to prevent this unfortunate misunderstanding in future.

Groups of rabid hooligans who intend on having a drink and a bit of a singsong on the train should take copies of "songs of blades" (an information pamphlet containing the lyrics to all chants included in United's repertoire) and distribute them to would-be-offended travellers.

Bridge the gap of ignorance and make everyone's journey more enjoyable.

"Excuse me sir, do you have a moment to talk about our lord and saviour Chris Wilder?"

I take it this idiot got absolutely nowhere with his complaints.

I’d forgotten about this clown

He reported it to British Transport Police at the time but nothing has been said since nor has he commented on it since.
