With the sale of Osula they have again proven the benefit of having a strong youth set up, with his and Ndiaye sale this should run the academy for years!

Additionally on the recruitment side we have managed to beat the likes of Leeds to acquire the best Championship players signatures. In the loan market the top premier league clubs now see us as the number club to loan too.

It's great, and as they see us as a club that will give them a chance to play first team football, we are an ideal stepping stone.....but won't it be nice, to get to a point, that we don't have to sell them just to function as a club....

Yep. Also recent sales of Jebbo and Lankshear, and the graduation to the current first team squad of Arblaster, Peck, A Brooks, Seriki, Norrington Davies. Also don't rule out any sell on clauses bringing in further money in the near future .
