Seen The New Advert???

Going to work this morning, I secured myself a little niche on the tram, looked up, and there was the new Kitchener-esque Blades poster. Morgs gurning out of the page, informing me that my team needs me.

Clearly the board are concerned about the fall in attendances. But this poster smacks of desperation of a STRAFFORDIAN degree!

I have no problem with the club advertising and encouraging disillusioned fans to return, but to descend to this degree of basal begging is nothing more than an embarrssment.

One thing is for sure, if they’ve used the money they saved on Christopher Biggins’ (sorry, Keving Blackwell’s) wages, on advertising consultants… he must have been earning a lot less than we thought!

I saw the crappy club picture on the big screen v QPR and it looked awful.

Why they can't put a bit of fun into these things is beyond me!
