Right just a quick one to see interest in season tickets and wether your going to renew or not and the reasons for or against

To kick off if the price stays the same or drops I will be renewing, if they have the cheek to increase the price then that's me done.

Similar for me, this season has seen me enjoying the chance to meet up with mates before the match and having a pint rather than the quality of the football on show but all of us have said same time next season as it's what being a blade is all about...

I voted for yes as long as they stay the same or reduce.

I couldn't vote for 'no matter what' because it's too open ended. I may stand an inflation rate increase, but wouldn't pay double for example.

It would be commercial suicide if the club increased prices,if we win tomorrow,I would expect the club to post the renewal details asap while we are in a good mood ;)

Checked loyalty points online today for Chesterfield and the latest entry on my purchases says ST reserved... Does this mean they're due to announce next seasons details? Anyone else noticed this online ?

£380 was far more than what's reasonable for the 3rd Division or for the utter shite I've been rewarded with. Any increase on that would be unforgivable and I will not renew.
My loyalty to Sheffield United as a club is unshakable, my loyalty to Sheffield United as a business is conditional.

Is £20 plenty as they say?

Season ticket at that price means each match is £16.52p :D

The season tickets renewal details are very late this season. Guess they are scared of a revolt!

For those of us who have been loyal and suffered 5 years of League 1 shite, they ought to reward us with a free season ticket next season if we are (very likely) still in this league!

This season is the first season in many years as a Blade that I've lost interest in the games as I just turn up every other week, half of time don't know who we're playing and know to expect the same old shite!

However, whilst I know Oldham are bottom of the table and we should beat them, last Saturday was the first game in a longtime that I actually enjoyed the match.

I've always been a fan who doesn't mind losing providing that the players wear the shirt with pride and give their all for SUFC. This last season or two I've not felt the is the case and we need some more players like Morgan, Jagielka, Quinn, Currie, etc who give 110% each and every time they step over the white line on a Saturday afternoon. Once we get a few more players like that, the Blades will rise again so let's hope Adkins has a plan up his sleeve to get some young and hungry players in who want to wear the red and white with pride.

UTB!

My decision depends more on whether the Board shows any signs of ambition for once - than it does on whether they put a few quid on the price. I would happily pay a bit more if we spent a few million on quality like the pigs have done. We do need a range of ST offers to suit different people though.

"No I'm done" said that many times during the past 50+ years myself

See you in August lads - it's in the blood...

i'm done with people asking if i'm done

So's this feller

My criterion for renewing isn't based on cost as I don't believe that the Board will have the cheek to raise prices based on their abject disaster of a performance this season.

My criterion is ....... will we cull the vast majority of this crap squad and allow NA to have the opportunity to bring in players who CAN compete at this level next season and get us out of this agricultural division at the sixth attempt !!

This depends upon whether NA will be ACTUALLY given the financial support to bring in around 10 players on permanent or season loan contracts.

No more talking the talk ........ now is the time for walking the walk !!!

That's my criteria ....... do I believe it will happen ???

Not at all sure yet ......... o_O

We have decided not to renew our season tickets, instead we are going to travel to every away game, its just so much more fun supporting the Blades away from home. Going to the lane has become a little tired, dull and to be honest a real lack of atmosphere. I guess we will cherry pick a few home games but for us all away games

Where is the.,

"If they ever have the balls to send the renewals out" Option?

Does the "I'm done" mean you stop going completely?
I won't renew IF there's an increase in price, that doesn't mean I won't attend next season, maybe be a bit more selective in the games I will go to

From memory in either Soccernomics or The Numbers Game they work out that only half the people present at a game one season will be present at the same game the next season.

Doesn't sound right to me, but they'd crunched the numbers and were pretty convinced.

I'm waiting to see what announcements are made and assurances are made before deciding. Will pick and chose games if not.

If I'd known they would act how they have acted this season I would have saved my money.

If there's even a small increase next season or there's an indication that they will follow up on the veiled threats Jim made after our January transfer debacle then, for want of a better phrase, they can fuck right off.

If almost 20% of St holders don't renew I wonder how the board would react.

Thinking about where I work, if we lost the orders of 20% of our most loyal customers in a single year the impact would be huge and senior management would make dramatic changes.

Sadly, those 'dramatic changes' from our owners would just be to sack another manager and not to tackle the clusterfuck that is their stewardship.

I went for 'I'm done', which as things stand is the case. I'm waiting for concrete evidence of change before I buy a season ticket or half season ticket.

The two main things that would represent that for me are:

1) A serious show of intent by way of summer transfer activity

2) Significant progress on the pitch and also off the pitch

I'm sceptical about how they got the data tbh and I don't think for one minute that it's the case in the lower leagues.

The way they will balls things up is that they will let Adkins start to bring in his own players in the summer.... We won't be anywhere near top two and they will sack him around November / December ensuring we have to pay out another pile of compo and bring yet another manager in to work with someone else's signings.

It's the Blades way.
