Can't re order mine and my sons at the same time, so i've ordered his, trying to do mine by direct debit and its telling me theres a format error with my works postcode.

In a nutshell, family need to be edited on your family and friends list to show they're family, at which point they can then be added to your list when buying a season ticket, you can't buy a season ticket for a friend, and this data didn't automatically switch over from the old website to the new one, it needs to be edited manually.

Great new website in priniciple though.

Money has gone from the bank but always had the confirm email before come back straight away.

No, on the direct debit option its asking for work details as well, address and postcode.

I've tried all different options but its telling me the format is incorrect at every opportunity.

You have to put a space between the post code. I had same issue. "S2 4SU" - not "S24SU"

Yip, tried that and i also tried copying my home address, which is fine, but still gets rejected.

Sorted, cleared the form and hand typed it in instead of the automated option and it went through.

I wouldn’t be too worried about the email confirmation - you should be able to see it’s gone through on your transaction history.

I got mine and my sons renewals online in about 5 minutes at the most this morning. Printed confirmation from screen but no e-mail as yet 4,52 p.m. Thought it said lower case in post codes. Also that there should be no gaps in postcode.

How do you do that, fella? It wasn't having parts of mine either. The addresses thing is annoying. I've lived in my current place for less than a year but there doesn't seem to be an option for that, so I'd have to say I've been here a year, which I haven't.

Edit: Sorry, I thought you'd done a different form separate to the one on the site, as I've done before. No idea why it won't accept my information.
