Season Ticket holders

32nd season ticket for me this year, can't see me stopping now.

Mid sixties was when ook my season ticket that was on the kop moved to the south stand in 80-81 been in there ever since. 50 plus for me anyone on here beat that?

I had one from 1989 - 2002 then managed to play football at a decent standard on Saturday so had 3 years off, got injured badly and came back in 2005 - 2012 when I started a family and didn't want to take 4 hours out out of each Saturday when I could be spending time watching my kids grow up. If/when I return back to the U.K. I will drag my son (and daughter if she likes football) along and it can start for him. As I got older it was a good few hours spent with my dad that I'd like to get back into.

Went to quite a number of games from 79/80 and quite a lot in 81/82. Had my first season ticket for my birthday in 84/85 and then for the next 3 seasons. Work prevented that for the next 10 years and went when I could get a Saturday afternoon off. Started going to as many as I could including a number of away games around 1995 but then life circumstances intervened and didn't go much after about 1999. As got older and wife has got fed up of me, got a season ticket again last 3 seasons.

When I went for my season ticket for the 13/14 season, the lad in the ticket office was typing stuff onto the PC and asked "Have you had a season ticket before?"
"Yes"
"Ok when was that?"
"1986"
"Oh"

(I'm guessing computer said No)
