Just out of interest who are the long term season ticket holders on here, and who aren't.

This is the 14th consecutive season I've held mine and the 22nd out of the last 27 years I've held one, and I know there will be a lot more with a lot more time served than me.

Between 1999-2010. Work got in the way for a few years, picked it back up in the Adkins season. Impeccable timing.

I'd like to think that the relegation season and 4 out 6 years in this division are due to my absence....

Only have had a season ticket when there's a danger of not getting a decent seat.

So only had a season ticket about 5 times.
For every season we've been in the PL.

Have a membership card instead.
Always been to at least 66% of home matches since the 1979 season.
Apart from 1981 was a paperboy doing deliveries on a Saturday, so only went to midweek games that season.

Dad got me my first ticket to watch the blades 19 years ago when I was 4 I think, Playoff first leg against Ipswich. Never lived or worked in Sheffield myself but I've had a season ticket since 1997-98. I just don't know what id do on Saturday now without going to BDTBL, much to the happiness of my dad who grew up on the Manor

I've only had a season ticket recently for the past 2 seasons. Before that I got to very little home games in 5 years, but before that I was a junior blade and season ticket holder for 9 years

I used to be a ST holder. I often went to many away games as well but dropped off a bit when we started breeding.

First season ticket I had was 90/91 season but had been going to every home game since 82.

Took some time out after 91 due to new house and getting married. Got rid of that bitch and lived on my own for a while which meant I could re-prioritise my finances and spend my money on enjoying myself instead of fucking cushions. Got back in the game in 94 and had a season ticket ever since (except for the season when Weir was in charge where I had become so disillusioned with footballers I walked away from the game). Only came back because I missed match day rather than the match itself. Now I actually look forward to the match as well :)

Woodwardfan is the biggest blade

I held a season ticket for 4 years, moved to Spain in May so not got one this season, only managed 5 home games this season.

Supporter since 1956. Season Ticket holder since they were invented I suspect for over 40 years interrupted by playing commitments in late 70's and early 80's.

I'm 3 seasons in. Can't see me hopping off the ladder now I'm on it, unless circumstances change. Big fan of the Direct Debit option.

14 years in a row for me. So I'm quite Bladeiferous but no doubt there are plenty massiver Blades than me, Bladeistically at least.

Ex Kop PP64. Break up of the original six lads on the row, invites to be regular weekly attender in box and then birth of child changed things significantly. Sort of miss that seat. Now being Daughter's taxi service and Wife's slave makes it unfeasible. It's a joyous event when the other two "old men with flasks" get a pass out so we can walk in the Wilder Wonderland together again. :(

Those who've had them for 30+ years should be obliged to reveal themselves on the thread, out of Bladeiosity.

Had a summer job in 1981 and had a few bob to spare so I bought a Kop season ticket in case I was skint later in the season. I've had one on there ever since and added another in 97 for a Junior Blade. The junior Blade is now in his 20s.

I'm 6'2", so quite a 'big Blade' but others will be bigger.

Due to working round the country from around 18 years old until I moved back in 2004 (I am now 42), I have only had a season ticket since 2005 till now.

2005 to end of Blackwell season I was smashing my legs on the KOP.
After a spell in F, I am now in E in the South Stand behind the exec box and don't plan to move again.

Only been a ST holder once in our last prem season, living 160 miles away and high train fares have alot to do with it. Buying tickets at BDTBL always has been and still is a pain for distant part timers like me. Sometimes do more away than home games in a season.

On and off over the 25 years or so. The off bits dictated to by circumstances

Was getting disillusioned the second season under Clough (bored to fkin tears) and under Adkins even tho I vowed I wouldn't stop going. (It's in the blood you know)

This season the mojo is back. It's like a breath of fresh air
