Season ticket download

Has anyone had problems downloading their new season ticket? I’ve remove my old one from my apple wallet as instructed. When I try to log in to SUFC it says enter the code sent to my email to verify it. When I do that it constantly keeps saying invalid code. Can anyone help please?

Done mine, followed the destructions & worked absolutely fine.
Once I’d clicked ‘download’ it looked like nowt had happened but opened my wallet & there it was.

if you haven't logged into the new site you have to use the code from the email to verify yourself and enter a new password, apparently using you existing password works, not a new one, that worked for me.

Did mine last night, no issues on Android to my wallet.

Did mine this morning, a bit of a faff as I had to create a new password. It then was trying to send the OTP to an old phone number even though I had changed it on the system. I just set everything up again on my account.
Got there in the end. I am not great with these things but even I managed it, so I think it is just trying to work through it and trying to stay patient. These things aren't intuitive to my old brain...getting there though.

need to sort your account on new sufc.co.uk site first as they are linked to ticket account so same password for both I believe !

I got the same despite having a card . You are right as far as i understand, once the phone thingy is activated your card becomes obsolete.

Its either a sneaky ploy or a crap CRM system .

I do prefer the card, yes.
Of course we pay an add on to get the card.
Eventually they may ditch cards but if a lot of us still purchase and use them, then they may keep them going for a few more seasons.

Thing is, with the card, they can’t tell if it’s you or someone else using it. If you use the phone and transfer an NFC to someone else, you’ll be giving them info on which matches you don’t attend.

Finally sorted on tablet, then got to q code , scanned and it's in my wallet!

Don't let the digital world excoriate it and render it useless.
Reject all forms of control , info gathering & automated shite.
Keep using your own brain and have your own thoughts.
