but I have suddenly realised that the games are running out and my Saturdays are about to become just that Sa TURD ays

I really enjoy the match days ,meeting up with fellas whose company I enjoy ,having loads of beer and a laugh

You can say what you want about not renewing ,this is one fella who will be

Not renewing leads to not going ,not going leads to asda with our lass ,or decorating or gardending God forbid ,put me in the fecking ground first

Bring on next seasons shite ,over the last 40odd years I will have seen worse I gaurantee it :thumbup:

Just beat me to it 1 month of football everyday and even if a team plays hoof ball, the camera man has to follow it not my neck.

decorating or gardending God forbid

Got the bedroom redecorated last week, transplanted the tomato seedlings this. Eyeing up a patch of grass in the garden which is worse for wear and could just be the new vegetable patch.

Unbelievably, myself and the other Blade in Prague have decided not to bother with Monday night's game on TV (albeit my decision was influenced byt the fact the Slavia v Bohemians derby game was scheduled for that evening - now it's been moved to the afternoon I suppose there's a chance I'll go see the Blades after).

Tis all a bit sad though, or maybe I'm just getting old...

I'm usually the same but I lost interest in the Blades, (for the first time in 31 years!) about 2 months ago and we've also got the World Cup to look forward too.

I've only been a supporter for around 8 seasons, but I've witnessed some dross, albeit not as much as some.

However, it's mostly wanting to meet mates, rather than see the football this season. I haven't needed much of a reason not to attend of late despite having a ST. It wasn't that long ago I obsessed about my Saturday afternoons.

With a change in career meaning I'm away a fair bit seeing less of my wife and daughter, combined with my current apathy I'll not be renewing and will be selective about which games I go to next season. Only a drastic change will change my mind in any way.

All I want is some entertainment on a Saturday afternoon, we don't have to be world beaters.
