The loss of Hamer, Brooks and O'Hare has raised the question - where are the goals going to come from - and yet, the record shows we're scoring goals and going unbeaten.

Last night, against Bolton, I was pleasantly surprised to see chances being created from both wings, Brereton Diaz and Donovan repeatedly found space to make good balls into the box.

The players lost we're, primarily creators, not finishers. That's the job of Bamford, Cannon, Onē, Campbell and they're all still here. The creators we now have appear, at least on the showings this far, to be able to get the ball in the right places enough times to give the finishers chances.

In CW's interview last night, he hinted at one weakness in our structure - losing O'Hare will result in a formation change to get most out of the group we have. That's encouraging. Our very own Sofa Coaches have been highlighting that the 4-4-2 might not be working.

Well, we've now got it from the horses mouth that we need to put round pegs in round holes. That's probably where the goals are going to come from, a team assembled to be greater than the sum of it's parts.
