If Monty leaves today, we'll have a completely new squad from the one that started the 09/10 season. Cressy, who joined us that season, will become our longest serving player

Just goes to show you the only constant thing about a football club is the fans.

Players, managers, directors etc all come and go. It's often forgotten how much 'life investment' fans make to their own clubs.

Not sure how this is a problem. I know it was a great season but not for the right reasons!

good!!..
that was a shocking team that needed a total overhaul.. the revolution starts here (and will not be televised.. unless you count the 30 second clips on the league show)

Except in the same period, we've lost about 8-10000 off the gates...

Even scarier thought.

Monty might stay.

Monty going, Quinn going, Cresswell going onto a more sustainable contract (presumably) and Morgan doing the same will finally remove the yolk that Hoofy's Revenge Summer saddled us with this last two seasons.

You should check out the players who play for your local non-league team. Mine is Goole AFC and when you read about a new signing, the list of teams they have played for are as long as my arm. So that what happens when you slip down the league

No it won't. It should do, according to the McCabe apologists. But it won't. We'll stumble on this season without investment, there will be more sales in January, because we'll be told that Doyle or Collins are too expensive, and the downward spiral will continue, resulting in our second fourth tier season starting August 2014.

Why are people worried about Doyle? We got him on a free and he is overrated in my opinion, And the only good news about Quinn is he did'nt join Warnock at that hole!-
