Season ticket sales are down, an abject draw and poor performance at Cardiff, followed by a dismal defeat at Hartlepool has already got some of us untying our shoes..........!

so how many will click through the turnstiles on Saturday?

On the plus side Public enemy number 1, fat judas Paddy is coming back to BDTBL along with the pantomime baddie Widow Warnock

Someone has already said it will be embarrasing if we don't beat the Piggies 23K from last week, personally I think we will be red-faced but what about you.......?

About 23k I think. Even with a high number of payers on the day, our ST sales are slightly down and you have to remember QPR probably wont fill the Bramall Lane end. They never do.

Id say about 23k. Season tickets down but I think there will be decent pay on the day support with it being the first game and PK and Warnock returning.

If only you two (torrix and soton) posted I would be a happy man.

21,400 is my prediccy

Great ground, great fans, shit team

Poor performance at Cardiff?! 10 men, away, with an incompetant set of officials, I'd say it's a remarkable result personally, last night was a poor performance!

It would be the only happy thing on the site if they did. :)

24+ for me and I even though I was quite critical of the Cardiff performance it was never abject.

No way will we get below 20k. it's the return of Paddy and Warnock & first home match of the season, will be around 25k.

Dont know exact details of season ticket sales, but think its fair to say we wont attract that many walk up fans.Even with the return of Warnock and Paddy,QPR are not attractive opponents and have piss poor away following so im going for 20,500.

An excellent performance at Hartlepool will really rev up the fans' enthusiasm for this one Oh sorry ! we screwed that up for Mr Birch by playing shite!
21,000 tops gets my vote

I'm hoping that we get a sub 14,000 crowd so i can rest safely that the sunshine band can happily bask in the knowledge that they was right all along.

If we've lost 4k season ticket holders, which seems likely, then I can't see there being more the 22k.

As a so called member of the 'Sunshine Gang' the last thing I want is to see only 14,000 but if it is I lay the blame firmly at the door of Mr Blackwell
Poor Tactics, Poor Attitude, Poor Football, Excuses, Excuses, Excuses etc

And say for example we win 2-0 and draw a 25k plus crowd. Whats the slant on that? Who gets the blame for the inevitable negative?

I reckon we could just sneak 25k.

First home game and the return of Judas and Warnock. The ticket office are saying the sales have been good too.

Decent crowd yesterday all things considered. 1k more than Leicester V Boro and 3k more than Ipswich v Burnley. And that despite the "Blackwell effect" and the usual small following from QPR.

Probably more for Preston but how many did QPR bring? Must of been less than a thousand, and with all the money they've had pumped in.

2000 freebies? How and who gets these then?
