Ryan Leonard is a good footballer and would have been ideal for us coming INTO this division. He might even have been a regular had CW signed him that summer.

We didn't need him in the JTW and he was signed as a squad player with the hope he could break into the team.

We have moved on further than what Leonard can contribute to us, hence the very quick sale and profit to United.

Things like this happen in football - the best thing is CW & staff made a profit.

Good luck to the lad at Millwall.

I had high hopes for him, but he just wasn't good enough on the ball.
